Dance, Drama & Music
The hall is ideal is concerts and/or musical productions. Measuring 16m x 25m it can seat 150 to 200. Stage and lighting system available on request.
The music suite comprises of one large room and 5 smaller practice rooms and is ideal for practice sessions and hired in conjunction with the Music Hall.
Sports & Fitness
The large sports hall can be used for a wide variety of sports and social events/functions and is available for hire during the school holidays. It measures 16m x 25m and is marked out for indoor badminton, basketball and netball and has indoor cricket nets and is available to hire by groups and individuals.
The outdoor heated swimming pool measuring 17.5m by 6.7m is available for one to one and group swimming lessons. Qualified lifeguards must be organised. Up to 20 people may use the pool at any one time.
The two outdoor grass sports pitches can accommodate football, rugby, hockey and rounders.
Two outdoor cricket nets are available for hire by groups and individuals.
Celebrations & Events
For those with a past or present link to the school, the beautiful 12th century chapel, rebuilt in 1853 by Victorian architect Anthony Salvin, provides the perfect setting for private weddings and christening/naming ceremonies, accommodating up to 100 guests.
Northbourne Park sits in 100 acres of beautiful parkland and woods, with several areas available to use for social and corporate functions namely; the main lawn, the Dutch Garden and the ancient woodland walks.
The grounds can accommodate a large marquee for events held outdoors, making it the ideal location for parties, balls, concerts or any special social or corporate occasion.

The oak-panelled dining hall can cater for 80 seated at 5 banqueting tables.
Courses & Corporate
The smaller of the two conference rooms located in the oak panelled library can seat up to 15-20 people and has access to an overhead projector and screen plus wifi. Additional classrooms are available accommodating up to 15 people classroom or boardroom style.
The large meeting room can seat up to 50-60 people classroom and has access to an overhead projector/screen plus wifi. This room can also be divided into two rooms. Room dimensions: 17m x 15m
The elegant drawing room and oak-panelled dining hall can cater for 80 to 100 seated at 5 banqueting tables.
Split across two boarding houses Northbourne Park can sleep approximately 80 people; approximately 69 in dormitories with bunkbeds and 10-11 in staff accommodation. Dormitories range from 5 beds to a dorm to 7-8 beds in a dorm. Many dorms and staff accommodation have ensuite facilities. All available to hire during the school holidays.
