Warwick School has a very long and rich history stretching back reputedly to 914, making it one of the oldest schools in the country. Set in 50 acres, adjacent to the River Avon and close to the motorway network (M40) the school is proud of its outstanding facilities and the new Warwick Hall is one of the largest and most impressive performance venues in the region. Warwick School can host a vast range of events, including a concert, theatre production, conference, wedding or even a car rally in our grounds. We have a team of very talented chefs who can produce a range of menus to suit your requirements. Plenty of free car parking spaces, free Wifi throughout the site and equipment available from flipcharts to large screen TVs and LCD projectors.

Celebrations & Events

Large Hall

Warwick Hall: The new Warwick Hall was completed in September 2016 and is available to hire for performances, concerts, conferences, exhibitions, and a whole range of events. The Hall can seat 800 people with flat seating, including a balcony of 239 seats or a tiered seating of 498 including the balcony. The enhanced acoustics provide a first-class space for concerts and the spoken word. The large foyer space is ideal for exhibitions or as a refreshment area. Catering and bar facilities are available in the Hall and celebrations such as weddings and company dinner dances will be catered for up to 300.

Pavilion

Halse Pavilion: The recently built Halse Pavilion provides a function space on the first floor which includes a kitchen and bar area with a dividing partition giving functionality to create two separate spaces. There is a balcony surrounding two sides overlooking the stunning grounds. A variety of layouts can be arranged for informal events to formal gatherings with linen tablecloths, round tables, chair covers and an excellent selection of menus.

Historic Entertaining Areas

Pyne Room: A Victorian panelled room with a minstrels' gallery and superb high ceiling, the historic Pyne Room is located in the ‘Old School’ building. It can be accessed via the main school entrance or by its own separate entrance from the rear of the school. The walls are adorned with pictures of past Head Masters, giving the room its own special atmosphere. The Panel Room, located close by, is an ideal space for pre-meal drinks.

Catering and bar facilities are available in the Hall and celebrations such as weddings and company dinner dances will be catered for up to 300.

Theatre

Bridge House Theatre: The Bridge House Theatre was opened in 2000, and since then it has grown into one of the area’s most popular venues. The theatre is ideal for conferences, lectures or meetings with the foyer being ideal for refreshments and buffets. It has easy access from the adjacent car parks. The large screen (4.2m x 3.2m) is ideal for presentations and microphones and lighting facilities are also available. A bar can be available in the foyer along with the serving of buffets/canapés and other light refreshments.

Pavilion

Lecture Theatre

An excellent lecture theatre facility for presentations and lectures on the ground floor of our science block. There is direct access from the school car park. With tiered seating for 128, it has in-built LCD projection and sound. There is also space for the service of refreshments in the Science building foyer.

Conference Room

The Conference Room has seating for up to 20 people. It is situated within the main school building with a large screen TV suitable for laptop presentations.

Theatre

Bridge House Theatre: The Bridge House Theatre was opened in 2000, and since then it has grown into one of the area’s most popular venues. A mid-scale venue of 300 seats – it's beautiful interior of wood and brick creates an attractive and intimate space for drama and music. There is an on-site technician and two dressing rooms with toilets and showers as well as a large back stage. A bar can be available in the foyer along with the serving of buffets/canapés and other light refreshments.

Sports & Fitness

Fitness Centre

The fitness suite is equipped with kit from the Technogym Kinesis range, the latest in fitness innovation, style and usability. To work alongside your Kinesis workout the ARKE wall combines the best solutions for full freedom of movement to perform day-to-day activities in the best possible way. The fitness suite is open to members aged 16 or over.

Swimming Pool

Warwick School have a magnificent heated indoor swimming pool which can accommodate many aquatic sports and is used regularly by local swimming and other aquatic clubs. The dimensions of the swimming pool are: Length: 25m, width: 13m. Lanes: x 6. Depth Shallow End: 1.2m Depth Deep End: 2.5m.

Sports Hall

The sports hall includes 5 badminton courts and lends itself to an almost unlimited array of uses and indoor games. There is also a modern and highly impressive 7.5m high climbing wall. There is an additional sports hall on campus - The Bridge Sports Hall, another versatile multi-sports space which can accommodate badminton, basketball, netball and indoor football. Squash Courts

Warwick School has two squash courts available for hire during the evenings, weekends and throughout the school holidays.

Grounds

Set in 50 acres of grounds, with extensive grass and all-weather sports pitches, Warwick School can accommodate numerous outside events from corporate activities, car rallies and marquee events to music festivals.

Accommodation

The school's boarders' rooms are available for hire during the school holidays at Christmas, Easter and summer. Located in two buildings, there are 33 bedrooms available in the main building with 6 bedrooms available close by in Way House. There is a mix of single, twin and triple bedrooms with communal toilets and showers on each corridor. All prices include a full English breakfast served in the school’s dining room.
